Victor Holzworth started pouring concrete at the age of 15 going into his freshman year of high school. While working on a commercial concrete crew for six seasons, he quickly picked up the necessary skills for above average work. By the age of 17, Victor Holzworth moved up to both a finisher position and machine operator.
After graduating high school, Victor continued pouring concrete for commercial projects, while working his way through college. At Iowa State University he pursued a dual degree option for business management and finance. While still at Iowa State University Victor started to pick up additional freelance residential project. Holzworth Construction was born.
Putting skill learned in the classroom to work, Victor Holzworth began the process of starting a business. As each project was completed, more and more concrete contractor opportunities became available. Clients were pleased and continued referring residential concrete projects to Holzworth construction.
After completing his degrees, Holzworth Construction became Victors full time occupation.
